Ingredients:
The base:
- Red Lentils
- Water
- Milk or Coconut Milk
- Tomato Paste
The veggies:
- Onion
- Garlic
- Chives
- Spinach
- Tomato
The spices:
- Tumeric
- Paprika
- Curry Powder
- Cayenne
- Coconut flakes
- Salt and Pepper
Directions:
- Soak the lentils.
- Saute the onion and garlic.
- Cook the lentils with the coconut milk.
- Add the spices and the onions. Stir.
- When the lentils are soft add the tomato paste.
- Stir in the spinach and tomato and serve.

Any idea where to buy coconut milk or even coconut oil?
